Exceptional Client Service: Tumisang Kolwane
On Friday, 22 Nov, I had an accident and I landed on Tumisang when I called. OMG! The gentleman was so sympathetic and offered any possible assistance he could possibly offer. He quickly arranged a tow-truck for me and called me about an hour later to check if the vehicle has been towed and even checked up on me and how I was doing/coping. I really appreciated that. He was beyond professional in handling the whole debacle. I am truly grateful for his assistance; I hope the remainder of the claim and repairing also becomes a success.

Also, it's nice to be kept informed of the progress and what you are struggling to get on your side (ie, had I known earlier that you are struggling to get the Accident Report from the police, I would have made a plan to get it much earlier, as opposed to me only going to fetch it yesterday). You are a great insurance house but please work on your communication and keeping clients informed of the progress, please. I am stranded and need the matter finalised as soon as possible. My claim number is C***. This does not necessarily change my perception of the company but just a request from me. Many thanks.
