Exceptional claim experience, both from company and staff.

After a very unfortunate vehicle incident, a claim was lodged with MiWay insurance. My initial claim was dealt with, but I found progress slow, and communication somewhat frustrating. I accept one deals with people. But it was under the auspices of Ms Galo Boikanyo, that this claim got traction. She met for the purposes of gathering additional documents and was very professional, at all times. She communicated well, provided feedback and was extremely efficient. It is employees like Ms Boikanyo, that elevate the image of companies and contribute to an exceptional customer experience. But for that, MiWay was exceptional, and moved fast to satisfy the finalization of the claim. I most definitely recommend MiWay and will definitely insure with them again.
