I just want to send a massive shout out to Kgathatso of Miway Business Insurance. I had a complicated refund and policy update for one of my business vehicles. My query basically lasted for just under a week and at no point did Kgothatso get impatient with me. Our calls would last for more than 20-30 minutes but he was patient at every step of the way. I still have some questions on updates to my policy and Kgothatso has said that I can email him directly and he will help me...I really don't want to have to explain myself again to a new consultant. Thank you very much Kgothatso...you're definitely deserving of an increase after you managed to reduce my premium by so much.
