Excellent support when needed the most

Today was a bit out of the ordinary (even for the times we find ourselves in right now!) for me. My vehicle had two flat tyres, both at the rear – and even though they’re run flat I didn’t want to take any chances driving my vehicle any further. I contacted MiWay for Roadside Assistance and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Ntokozo Sibeko who was extremely polite and compassionate in understanding my current situation. He arranged for a tow truck to be at the scene in record time and kept in touch regularly while I waited. The towing service was exceptional and transported my vehicle and myself to the nearest tyre fitment centre. It’s also worth commending the driver, as he assured me multiple times that my vehicle was in good hands. Ntokozo also followed up with another call while I waited for my new tyres to be fitted to check in on how I was doing and whether both me and my vehicle were okay. I’ve only been a MiWay client for a short while, but this kind of service from an insurer is precisely what we all need, for them to be there for us, their customers in our times of need. Both me and my vehicle are safe and sound and I know we will continue to be well into the future as a valued MiWay customer!
