I contacted Miway on 03/11/2015 wrt 2 concerns and her response and handling and resolving of these concerns were performed in a very professional manner and her telephone etiquette was exceptional. Apart from this, I also got a decrease in my monthly premium. What more can a client ask for. Hope your company rewards you for your efforts. Excellent. ..well done. ..continue in the same manner. .
