Excellent Service when discussing cancellation

Kgomotso called to discuss the cancellation of my Mi- Smart Policy which I had requested, but actually went on to discuss the status of my car insurance and offered ways of improving my satisfaction with it. It culminated in a revision of my conditions which left me very happy.
