Excellent service via online chat

This morning I went onto the MiWay Portal and interacted with Puleng Leqoalane via the online chat, I required assistance in regard to re-admitting an inspection report of one of my two vehicles which was done at PG Glass on the 14/09/2021 I'm not sure how one report was received and not the other as both had been done and submitted similtaneously. Puleng was knowledgeable, friendly, polite and most helpful. This lady was kind enough to give me her email address so she could forward the inspection report on my behalf, which she did. Puleng is a true asset to any company. Wonderful person with a personality to match, even via using online chat.
