Excellent Service turned around my perception
Just had an incredibly disappointing situation with MiWay - where my premium was massively increased with not enough detail - turned around by superb service from Nomsa Mokoena and Busisiwe Mabizela. In this interaction I would review MiWay's initial performance as 1 / 5 and Nomsa and Busisiwe as 10 / 5 stars - thanks so much for the assistance, patience and professionalism!
