I had an accident on 18 Dec 2020. Yana was the legal rep recovering my excess paymwnt. She kept me on the loop on what to expect with the process. I then understood the process and was not anxious at all. She has now notified me that the excess claim was succesful. Its not the suces that made this service awesome it was how she kept me informed and educatedme in the process. I m grateful Yana.
