Excellent Service Themba and Zandile

I would like to take this opportunity and thank Miway team for the excellent service I received yesterday. I called requesting assistance with my flat battery and the consultant who took my call was Themba. his service was excellent, he kept me updated throughout the process from who the technician was until my car was sorted. I would also like to thank Zandile for her excellent service and the planned intervention to resolve the challenge. The technician got lost and there was no reception so I couldn't get hold of him. I logged on Miway website and had a chat with Zandile and she immediately offered to call me to try and reconnect me with the technician. Fortunately, the technician arrived as I was still on the call with Zandile. Thank you Miway team for a personalised service and not forgetting Lesego who also called later to check if everything was resolved. The above-mentioned employees deserve recognition and reward for such service as it is the service that makes me a happy customer and I still like it Miway....
