Thank you Miway for assisting me in a moment of panic as I became aware on the evening of the 28th September that my Side-by-Side fridge is not working. On the 29th a technician came out to assess the damage and this morning, you contacted me to inform me that due to the loadshedding the motherboard has burnt, and it is not repairable. However, you will arrange for a replacement and the collection of broken fridges. My replacement is on its way. I truly appreciate your fast and efficient service when it comes to handling claims.
