On 6 Aug Mmapaseka Mashipisho helped me with a problem that occured on my account. She promised to call me back in a few days. She did. She sorted it out Very proficiently and provided Excellent service. She put in a request to the Accounts department to fix the problem and promised me that the extra funds that gone from my account before, will be reversed / deducted from the new debit order total at the end of Aug. - and it was done!
