Excellent Service - Suzan Baloyi

I received outstanding, first class service from Suzan Baloyi. She is certainly an asset to MiWay insurance. She responded with urgency and compassion to my claim when I was put under huge pressure by the OP. Within hours she fast tracked the claim and provided feedback. I was moved by her ability to show empathy and compassion for another human. She is real star, she's customer-centric and provided excellent service!
