Good day. I wish to mention the following : I needed to be assisted by Miway in order to lodge a claim for repairs after an accident, and was assistant by a consultant named Masilo Modiba. Masilo assisted me in such a manner, that i felt i wish to mention it on "Hello Peter". His service rendered was very professional and he was extremely knowledgeable of what ii needed to know. He was polite, handled my claim in a friendly and highly patient manner. Masilo was understanding of my explanations to what happened before and during the accident, and he was sensitive to my feelings. In my judgment, i would say tbat he is a good person. It was a pleasure talking with him, and prompted a wish that one would get quality of service generally. I did not know how to get it on Hello Peter, and asked it from another consultant who is named Andrew. Briefly, also thanks to Andrew for also having shown patience with me whilst explaining, and he did not consider it trouble to call me back when i requested a call fro m him in order to again assist where i got stuck getting through on Hello Peter. My experience with Miway has always been great and i appreciate all there employees and consultants. Thank you.
