I would like to appreciate the excellent customer service I have just received from Thamsanqa Makaula who is based at the MiWay Centurion, Midrand Call Centre.

Thamsanqa listened attentively to the reason for my call and suggested a solution to my query. He then immediately escalated the matter to his immediate supervisor for approval. Within a few minutes I had received the best advice and value regarding my car insurance policy.

I am amazed by such quick, friendly and courteous service from a person who sounded young of age.
