Excellent service received from Zandile Mfuphi of Miway

<p>Having to deal with other people can be a great experience at times. This morning I needed my car to be towed to the dealership, Ford as it had an engine problem, I couldn't drive the car there as it had a breakdown to which I called and asked my insurance(miway) that I need it to be towed to Ford Hatfield, and according to the service I received from the lady who goes by the name of Zandile Mfuphi, of miway . I still sing praise and say MIWAY stays winning and the best insurance company ever! As Zandile was assisting me i could feel the sense of urgency she had and also that she was willing to assist instead of looking for reasons not to assist me. She made me feel like im not alone in this and that miway is there to assist me as she organised the towing company to come and tow my car to ford .All of this was over the phone and i was on duty as I kept on asking her to hold the line for me as i was talking to my managers , she still was patient with me. This made my day because it as very early in the morning and it started off in a positive note. Few mins later i received calls from the guy who came to tow my car and i was again impressed as I did not wait for long to get them and to where my car was. This as a whole was a very nice , pleasant and stressless experience. I am now thankful to Zandile Mfuphi, miway and the towing company. Most importantly to Zandile as she was the drive of all things being possible, for her patience, professionalism, sense of urgency and all the time she took i am very happy and thankful . Big up to miway and big up to you Zandile, hope she treats all her clients like that stay blessed *</p>
