Excellent Service received from the Miway Team

<p>I purchased a new motor vehicle a few days back and had to add it to my existing policy, miway removed my old vehicle and added the new vehicle to my policy. I wasnt happy initially with the premium so I requested them to review it and told them exaclt Im willing to pay.</p> <p>Vusumuzi Gumede from miway phoned me back and promised me that they will relook at my premium, hI received brilliant service from him and the way he spoke to his customer was outstanding. He quickly arranged a proof of cover letter for the dealer so that I could at least pick up my vehicle while we confirmed the premium.</p> <p>I then received a call from Thapelo Masinga who is the retention specialist and he said because I have been a loyal customer for such a long time he'll make sure that I get the premium that I wanted. Not only did he match the premium I was willing to pay but he actually gave me a much lower amount.</p> <p>Keep up the Good Work Miway.</p>
