Excellent Service Received

I received my revised Policy Schedule recently via email and was shocked that my premium had increased substantially. I then contacted the Miway Contact centre to query the sudden and unexpected increase In my premium. I was assisted by two wonderful ladies that go by the names of Busi Shabangu and Onwaba. They treated me with respect and understood my agitated state and managed to calm me down and listen to what I had to say. I was so appreciative when Busi was able to revise my policy and reduce my premiums. This is what I call service. She went beyond the call of duty and took the time to try and assist me and was successful. This is precisely why I am with Miway since 2012. I will continue to be a loyal customer if this is the service I can continue to receive at all times. Busi and Onwaba are the reason I am smiling once again. They reduced my premius without altering my existing policy conditions and excess amount. Thank you to Busi and Onwaba. Your efforts should be recognised for this is the service lacking in todays world. I only hope that Miway will reward you for your sterling efforts in rendering excellent customer service that went beyond your normal scope of duties.
