<p>I submitted a claim on 19.09.2016 for my car to be repared and my claim was assigned to Monique Swart who was friendly and walked me throught the whole process in a professional and timeous manner. She was patient throughout the process and was able to clarify any misunderstanding I encountered. My claim was approved and I'm extremely happy with the turnaround time.</p>
