Excellent Service Received

<p>For the first time since signing up with MiWay last year, I finally made use of their towing service when I had an incident with my car over the weekend. The agent who assisted me, Tshepiso Thole, was extremely helpful in explaining all the options available to me and I felt really went the extra mile in checking up that I was thoroughly assisted. The tow truck dispatched to collect my car was there within 10-15 minutes, amazing:) Being in the service industry and considering all the horror stories I have heard about insurance companies, I really was pleasantly surprised with the service received.
