Excellent Service provided by David and Tebello from Miway Team

I called Miway this morning to ask them to confirm if they are no longer in partnership with Tracker since they previously recommended our business to us Tracker. The reason being that they recently sent me message to suggest that I get Cartrack Fleet Management Solution.

Tebello was friendly to suggest that I can still get the tracker device since our business vehicles are already on Trackers. Furthermore I asked him for discount on the premium. He advised that, that will required him to transfer the call to the relevant team, off which he did.

The call was answered by David, whom I explained our business situation to him and the challenges we are faced with. David opened the profile as I was talking to him and worked on it. Within few minutes he advised the the cover has been reviewed and the premium is reduced because they also do not want to lose our business.

Professional Service like these are not always experienced more especially in the industries where customers are engaged telephonically. I give credit to this team and encourage them to keep up the good work because their professional conduct will take them far in their career. Miway should do more to nurture such competence for the growth of their business.
