Excellent service Patrick Mbalati

<p>I would to express my gratitude to Patrick Mbalati who works in the MiHelp department.</p> <p>This morning i got stuck on the road with my car - I had a mechanical breakdown. I called MiWay to see if i can get roadside assistance and the gentleman who assisted me , OMG, was just on fire. He made sure he kept in contact to find out if tow driver has either called to advise how far he was and to check if i was still ok on the road - he made me feel that i was not that stranded and he was thinking about me (true definition of good customer service).</p> <p>With that i want to say well done Patrick and please keep it up!!! Thank you MiWay!</p>
