Excellent Service Ntokozo

In February this year I called Miway wanting to cancel my insurance. Spoke to Ntokozo who tried his best to keep me at Miway by reducing my premiums and saved me some cash. He further requested that I call him in May just before the premiums increase so that he can see what he can further. I did exactly that and he explained how much my premiums were going to be and again did his best to ensure that my premiums to do increase.<br> I really appreciated the excellent service and it made me realize how good a choice I made by joining Miway several years ago.<br> <br> Keep up the good work and i hope Miway realizes how good an employee you are that you do your best retain customers thus growing the Miway business.<br> <br>
