Excellent Service Mr Mpho Makhene

<p>I joined MiWay the same day i got my car from the dealer. According to my understanding, the car needs to be taken for inspection with 24hours, that's exactly what i did and the inspection center (Rivonia Car Sound) is supposed to send the certificate of inspection to MiWay. A month later after my first debit went of, i get an sms to say " MiWay requires an inspection for you to have cover". To my suprise i thought i was covered already. Long story short, i called MiWay and i spoke to a gentleman called Mpho Makhene. He managed to calm me down, explain the process of these standard "smses" and went out of his way to contact and put me on a conference call with people from the inspection center. My query was sorted in a satifactory and professional manner. Mpho Makhene gave me the right post-sale treatment. Treating Customers Fairly is what i experienced. Thank you:-)</p>
