Excellent Service: MI-Way.... AGAIN

I am so impressed with MI-way service. On all occasions contacting the call centre, i have had phenomenal, friendly and efficient service. On Saturday, again i needed to make use of road side assistance and contacted the call centre, and once again received such efficient service. One is so used to receiving non personalized service when contacting other call centres, but with MI-way i always feel like an actual customer and not a number. Once i had been assisted, there was a follow up call to ensure everything was sorted and i was kept informed on every step. I really appreciate the wonderful service that i have received on every occasion. Well done MI-way team.
