Excellent Service in Premium Negotation
I would like to thank David Mkotsi from the MiWay call center for his excellent service in dealing with an unhappy customer over a proposed premium increase.<br> David was exceptionally polite, fair, and professional and assisted with a better premium in line with my risk profile.<br> Thank you David and the MiWay team for listening to my point of view!<br> <br> Alistair
