Excellent service in dealing with customer issues.
Awesome service provided by Buhle and Nadine.
If the company has processes of displaying employees of the month or the year, I would like to suggest that the company considers giving such awards to them. Buhle showed alot of dedication and I believe that the she went the extra mile in ensuring that I am satisfied with the service. She stuck to her word of providing feeding regarding the progress of my complaint. Wow, truth be told, I have never came across such dedication and support in life. Nadine, I would also like to thank you for assisting me with my query in a timely and professional manner.
This whole experience has renewed my faith in the company. Thank you so much
