Excellent service I had, thank Ntokozo Sibeko

I had parked my car for 2 months and when I tried to start it the battery had died. I tried jump starting my vehicle but with no success. This morning I called miWay insurance and Ntokozo Sibeko was there to help me. Excellent service I received from him, keep the good work up. Great customer communication s****s, he just put my mind at ease and said I shouldn't worry my vehicle will start.

He keep contact to check how far the service providers are at, even after the service providers were done with jump starting my car, he called to Check up on me if I was happy with the service received. Again thank you Ntokozo, thank you miWay I am happy with the way u handed my case with urgency and care.

Also the service provider was helpful and had good customer service, thank you Thapelo for an excellent service.
