Excellent service (Home Assist)

We woke up to the burst pipe in the early hours of Tuesday (8th September 2020) and while we were trying to think what we are going to do about it, I remembered that one of my home insurance benefits is the homeassist where Miway can send the plumber. I contacted Miway just after 6am in the morning to report the incident and my call was attended by Ntokozo Sibeko who was friendly and went an extra mile to ensure that the plumber arrives at our house in no time and by 7am the issue was resolved.
