<br> Mr Mthembu helped me so much. Im Very impressed with his service. I really was calling with the intention of cancelling my insurance because of all the inconvenience that Miway has caused me financially due to debiting on the incorrect date and my bank charging me for it, but he has done very well and just his attitude towards me as a customer was very astounding! He didnt show any irritation towards me which is very uncommon among many people. He lowered my premium and advised me of a no claim bonus payable to me now which would cover more than the cost of my bank charges. Thank you so much! Excellent customer service representative!
