I got stuck on the side of the road without petrol. Tumisang from miway answered the call he was a friendly chap, we had a lovely chat and he didn't make me feel dumb or anything like that for running out of petrol being surrounded by so many petrol stations. he was kind. he was also so helpful that he helped me as a regular driver on my husbands insurance. if he would have wanted to speak to my husband who was stuck in the meeting the whole day, then I would still be waiting for petrol even after knockoff time. I gave him all my husband's details and he was able to send me petrol in less than an hour, and each time he was checking on me even though I was safely in the comfort of my office. I was stuck about 100m from my office parking. the service provider was also very great, he called and kept me updated all the way, he was also a friendly chap.

I was very impressed especially since my previous claims experience with myway was not great. tumisang has helped me to trust my insurance again.
