Excellent Service from Zakheni Shabalala
I called MiWay for a premium review. First the call centre agent told me that there was no way that they could reduce my premium, when I called to cancel my membership I was transferred to a Zakheni who went the extra mile in ensuring that I felt like an important client of MiWay. Not only did she review my car premium, she also offered to review my household content premium.... the result... lower premium.<br> <br> WELL DONE ZAKHENI!!!
