Excellent service from Tumi and the assistance team I would like to compliment Tumisang for the excellent service I received today. This was my first time requesting assistance through my insurance in my 8 years of driving, so I was honestly quite nervous about the whole process. Tumisang was professional, friendly and reassuring throughout the process. He kept me updated and communicated clearly with me, including letting me know how far the assistant was from my location. Justin, who came out to assist me, was also fantastic. He arrived as communicated and completed the work efficiently. The entire experience was much less stressful than I expected, and I really appreciate the assistance I received. Thank you to Tumisang and Justin for making what could have been a stressful situation so much easier! 😊
