Excellent service from Tsholofelo Ramoraswi

<p>I was involved in a motorcycle accident on the 26/08/2016. I logged a claim and I felt it was not receiving the attention it deserved as my bike has been standing at the panelbeaters for over two weeks ...awaiting insurance approval. On the 14/09/2016 I called to complain and to cancel my insurance due to dissatisfaction. But I spoke to a very professional and calm lady by the name of Tsholofelo, whom assistance me with my claim. She made sure my claim was resolved and provide feedback. I decided not to cancel my insurance, instead I'm considering adding my house hold contents. Thanks to Tsholofelo Ramoraswi.</p>
