Excellent service from Tshepo Moeketsi

On the 3rd of November my husband had a head on collision accident,I put the claim on the application same day. On Monday started calling the Miway call center until Friday, I was just getting bad attitude from the consultants and empty promises, because of this terrible service me and my husband had concluded that after this claim we taking all our cars to another insurance. Monday the 12 I called the call center again, got another lady with bad attitude still I then demanded to speak to a supervisor, then this angel by the name of Tshepo Moeketsi came to the call, I have never received such an excellent service from any one in my life. The lady listened to me, mind you I was very angry and screaming but she listened and apologized for the delay and the service I had received. She explained what she will be doing to help me, she explained the procedure step by step and told me what documents are gonna be needed and at what stage. She promised to run with my claim and keep me posted through out the process and guess what she did exactly that. It's has only been 3 days but she has finalized my claim and payment processed. Tshepo was very friendly, she was concerned about how my husband was doing, I even offloaded to about the trauma that came with the accident she listened and felt my pain, not only that she is excellent with her job, she knows what to do when. Miway you have a diamond in your hands please treasure it and also let your other staff learn a thing a 2 from her. Because of her we have decided not to cancel our insurance with Miway and we are spreading the word of how good Miway is. Thanks a lot Tshepo.
