Excellent service from Thato

<p>I had such an excellent experience with the service provided by Thato from the emergency assist line at MiWay. My car battery was flat and I needed a jump-start as kick starting was not working put for me. Thato was friendly, sufficient and knew exactly what he was doing without fail or making any mistakes...most importantly, even though I was in a safe area he kept calling on time to find out if I was alright and if the revise provider had arrived yet....Thank you Thato...and thanks to the service provider used aswell....Miway, you have a 1in a million employee in Thato.
