Excellent service from Thabani

I was very frustrated when I made a call to Miway this morning regarding my insurance premium increase. I spoke to a gentleman who put me through to Thabani Mnguni, who addressed my concerns. I was very unhappy when I called, but the way he addressed my unhappiness was just so professional. Even though I was difficult, he calmly explained everything to me. At the end of the call, for which he called me back, I was so relieved and happy... I even got a lower quote than before the increase !!. I wish more consultants can be like him... he is a true asset to Miway. I planned on leaving Miway for another provider, but after his assistance and excellent service, decided to stay :)
