Excellent Customer service from Peter Mohlala in the recovery department. I have dealing with Peter since I had an accident in January 2021, the 3rd part was not trying not to pay my access amount. Peter assured me that he will get my access back no matter what even if they have to go court for it. indeed he kept his promise and made sure that the 3rd party made arrangements to pay off the access amount in installments until the full amount is paid off. every month He phones me to update me if the 3rd party has paid the instalment amount as agreed. I have been with my way for the 7 years I have always received a good service, but the service from Peter was outstanding he is the best there is. when you speak to him is like he has met you before and makes you feel relaxed.
