<p>Ntando phoned me after I sent an e-mail with some questions I had regarding my vehicle insurance.</p> <p>She was very helpfull, patient and friendly. She is also very well spoken, I could hear and understand her clearly. I wish more companies had people like her to handle telephone enquiries.</p>
