Excellent service from Nombuso

I phoned on 15/07/15 to enquirer about my existing policy and how I could have my premium reduced. Nombuso was the first point of contact and from that point on, I could sense in her voice the energy, efficiency and willingness to provide great service. She was very friendly, whilst processing my request. She explained that she was going to transfer me to her senior Nkosi, who would be able to assist me further. I was assisted and got some few bucks saved on my premiums as a result of that. On the 16/07/15 she took time to send me an email to find out if Nkosi was able to assist me and if I was happy with the service received. I was quite impressed with the fact that I was just not another client who called but she took interest in the outcome and that made me a very happy Miway client. Keep up the good work.
