I have received excellent service from Mr Ray Naidoo, my claim handler. I had a break in recently and being in a state of shock and stress, Mr Ray Naidoo made the process very simple and hassle free. He came over and assessed my home, I sent through the relevant documentations and within 3 days my claim was approved. Thank you Mr Naidoo, for being so helpful and very professional.
