Excellent service from Miyelani

I called MiWay to get clarity regarding my policy. Miyelani’s excellent service is in the top 3 of my good experiences with MiWay (and there haven’t been many of those). He was courteous, took the time to listen to my query in full and investigated it thoroughly before he gave me a response. Even when putting me on hold, he always remembered to reassure me that he was still at the other end of the line. Best about his service is that he assisted me in my home language! I hope next time I have to communicate with MiWay, he will be the agent on the other end, or at least someone of the same caliber
