Excellent service from Miway staff.

I just wanted to thank the two consultants of Miway who assisted me yesterday. Both were exceptional in their responses.

The first person I dealt with was Siphwe Mkhize who had to be the bearer of my ‘concern’ as to the insured status of my car. He was professional and remained calm.

Secondly, Precious Kgobe provided excellent service in updating my policy and adding additional cover. She was very understanding, which is not something you find in the insurance industry these days.
