Excellent Service from MiWay I would like to compliment MiWay for the excellent service I received during a very stressful situation. While driving on the highway yesterday, my vehicle suddenly lost steering control when the tie-rod detached and the front wheel turned inward. The car became immobile and required flatbed towing. A very special thank you to Shannon Govender, who phoned me last night to check if I was safe and not stranded next to the road. Her empathy and reassurance meant a lot. This morning I was assisted by Tendani Magondo, who handled the process professionally and efficiently. Another big thank you to Vincent, the flatbed driver, who arrived early. His calm and knowledgeable approach immediately put me at ease. I am truly impressed by the assurance, safety and comfort that the MiWay team gave me. It confirms that I chose the right insurer.
