Excellent Service from Miway Consultant Itumeleng Koko

<p>I took out a new car insurance policy with Miway in the beginining of October 2016 and took my vehicle in for inspection on the 15th October 2016.I then received an SMS on the 24th November stating that my vehicle needs to be taken in for inspection although this had already been done I then communicated with the social media team via inbox on facebook I later received a call from a consultant who asked that I mail her a copy of the vehicle inspection form which I did on the 25th November and never heard back from her again I then constantly asked for feedback from the social media team which I never received. I phoned in today to be assisted by a very friendly and helpful consultant Itumeleng Koko at the Miway Kosmosdal branch who finally attached my inspection certificate to my policy and confirmed doing so via email,I appreciate her finally doing this for me after being given the run around but I more especially appreciate that she took the time to confirm having done this for me.</p>
