Excellent service from MiWay

I have recently moved over to MiWay insurance, after having been with Outsurance for a few years as well as Budget insurance.

Over the weekend, I was in a car accident (first time since I got my license 14 years ago). I've never had to claim before, so this experience was completely new to me.

The support and kind service I received from Carline Fell at MiWay was excellent. She was sooo caring and understanding as the Claims Assessor throughout the process. Very quick and efficient. She even went as far as to work after hours, due to loadshedding disruptions, to ensure my claim was processed as quickly as possible.

Thank you Carline. You have provided exceptional service. I am confident that I have made the right decision moving over to MiWay as my preferred insurer.
