Excellent service from Miway

Hi;

On the 9th April 2020; i had an accident; immediately after reporting the claim i got assistance in terms towing the car; subsequently i was transfered to Gloria Machete; who was assigned to take my details related to the occurance of the accident; personal information...etc. During this terrible experience I must say Gloria has been patient with me during the claim processing and she has been constantly giving me updates related to the process(telephonically and through emails).

On tuesday the 14 April; Gloria called and informed me that my claim has been approved. With the current pandemic in the country i was expecting a long and tedious process; with that being said i would like to thank Gloria for her patience and professionalism. Her service has been Excellent; im definitely recommending Miway to friends and family.
