Excellent service from Miway

I phoned Miway this morning because I was not able to open my car and I had training at work in Woodmead. I was so frustrated but when I called Miway and Tumisang Kolwane answered my call, I related my dilema, he explained the process that he will contact locksmith,took all my details and assured me that I will get assistance and he will keep me posted at all times. Tumi called to find out if locksmith are on the way and also told me how long it will take them to get to my place. He called again if they have arrived and when they were done he called. When I got to work, he called to make sure I was safe. I really appreciate what Tumi is doing I will refer my friends and family to insure with Miway.
