Excellent service from Miway

I just have to share the excellent service I received from Thato Ikaneng of Miway.

Yesterday I had a breakdown on the way to my place in the afternoon.

I called Miway and spoke to a gentleman named Thato who was extremely helpful. He requested my location and quickly despatched a tow truck to where I was.

Thato consistently checked on me to find out how things were and enquire whether the tow truck had arrived.

The truck eventually arrived and I was assisted accordingly.

The service I received from Miway was indeed excellent and I would love to thank Thato for being very efficient.
