Excellent service from Miway

On Saturday morning around 09:00 I had a sudden water leak in my bathroom. As it is an emergency, I contacted Miway and Edwin from the Miway team organized a plumber within the hour. Very happy with the response time and follow up

Not so great service from Miway. After giving a 5 star rating, the plumber shows up and say that he can only repair surface pipes. So he did absolutely nothing. So I still sit with a leaking pipe and above all Nearly R800 was deducted for the call out. Not satisfied
